15 years ago as a young adult who had everything a college gal could ever want I found myself grieving the loss of my 42-year-old mother.

It was the moment where everything changed in an instant and I had to make a choice. Fight for my life or go down a dark path. So I sought therapy, got right with Jesus, and decided to change my career.

I became the first in my family to attend college and graduate school. Left an abusive marriage and decided I wasn't holding myself back anymore!

With one paycheck to my name as I left the marriage I soon after applied to grad school to become a Marriage & Family Therapist and created the life I always wanted to live.

I created my own personal development and goal setting systems that have worked for myself and my clients

To authentically help women and some men who need support and guidance on how to tap into their full potential and create a life that felt like a crazy dream in 12 months or less!
